All About Pakistan, All About Positivism !!
I just came across this post on social media; and my answer is NONE!
I was always the #Raju of #3idiots; genius in her work but afraid of the unknown, burdened by family expectations, or rather wishing to have my space – recognition in family as I was the youngest.
It took me ages to understand that it doesn’t matter what anyone else thinks, what Matters is; what you think, what makes you satisfied, and following your inner calling is much more important than ANYTHING!
I never answered this question seriously, but I now I know what to say, I’ll tell my younger self: “There would be a time when self doubt might surround you, (for various reasons) but DON’T LET IT STOP YOU FROM WORKING, DON’T LOOSE YOUR JOB OVER IT, get professional help if needed – as soon as possible, but don’t sit at home, being of the opionion that you will solely take care of your parents. Everyone needed financial independance! Work things out, but don’t ever sit idle, at home, just managing household work, You are not soley meant for this. household work can be done by others, you should monitor and sometimes lend a hand, but NEVER, and I mean it, NEVER leave your financial independance for ANYONE, ANYTHING! As, if you got stale, It’ll be more and more difficult to stand up on your feet again.

I know it’s highly difficult, as they always conceal themselves as your well wishers, but, to tell you the truth; as soon as you give them a little edge, they’ll return to their toxic self.
And until then you might not be able to say anything, because, they must have lured themselves in buying countless, desiring gifts for you, so you might think that you owe them something, BUT YOU DON’T!
Remember: Nothing surpasses the importance of self respect!
If the other person doesn’t respect you, in any way, he/she doesn’t deserve you. Whether it’s your husband/wife, Sister/brother, Uncle/ aunt ANYONE.
You either solve the issue or leave it, as it is, as disrespect will result in various other problems later on!
The topic is open for discussion, I would love to hear your point of view.

“I need a super hero, a foreign element to get me free from the cage (family) I’m in”, huh!
This is the most Obnoxious thought process or concept that girls of our Area and Era have been engraved with.
Girls or for that matter every individual should be giving the education to differenciate between good from bad, they MUST be taught to earn their means of living, on their own and then; be left alone.
We must realize, understand and accept that they don’t need our help or us being their savior. Let them make mistakes and sit in the back seat in their life- (Don’t be the back seat driver), just be there. Silently enjoy their choices, their thought process, their ‘Work in Progress’ personality; get a pop-corn and enjoy it as a movie, as after some time it’ll only be them and their sence of decision making.
Remember: “The only way to make them prepare for life is to let them make mistakes.” or a better way to say this is: “If you want the young generation to not make mistakes, you Must first let them make mistakes; as the lessons that are learned after facing the concequencs of one’s mistakes are NEVER forgotten.
Having said that, make sure to sit with your child after every failure or sucess and ask them to recollect and reflect on ‘What they have learned from the experience?’ This will help them analyze their work, thought process and all, and altogether it will make them a great version of themselves, which eventually what you always wanted.

All of the above, but lately to ‘Let go’ but on the contrary, due to some incidents, I’ve learned a lesson, that just surpasses every other lesson; life tries to teach me now, and that is, ‘To Speak up, for yourself’
People can’t read your mind or feel your feelings/emotions unless you tell them. Well now it’s up to you how you do it, politely, firmly, using smooth convincing vocabulary or anyway you please, but plzzzz let them know your limits so that you’ll not be exploited !!!
