Exactly. Problem is that we often surround ourselves with people to whom neither our words nor our silence matters.

We cannot share are true feelings with them, because if we do, they won’t understand, they’ll think our reasons are bogus, nonsense; But it is WHO WE ARE !!!!RIGHT ???

It’s a known fact that when you accept a person, you must do it with all his/ her flaws and talents. Which in this era,  90% people don’t follow…

Therefore, Silence and Quietly removing yourself from such a company is the BEST option.
